I am all about products that make you smell and feel good. A few Christmases ago, I received a cluster of bath bombs from Buff City Soap. In love with how long the scent lasted afterward, I decided to visit one of their stores on the way to Memphis last summer. Unfortunately, the staff was were not very attentive, so I grabbed what I wanted (Love Potion Shower Oil), and left. Due to running out of shower oil & unable to order online because the original label had rubbed off, I visited the Hendersonville location. My experience here was completely different than the location in Jackson.
When I walked through the doors, I was instantly greeted by Marcie. She gave me the 4-1-1 on where everything was in the store as well as what items were on sale. Let's be real who doesn't like a good sale item? Or watching the product you are buying is made right in front of your eyes? While exploring and trying not to spend an entire check, I found a bar of soap I liked the smell of, but I wanted it in a body scrub. Saddened by the realization that they did not have what I wanted, Marcie and her staff swooped in to save the day. They took the smell I wanted (Mermaid) and made it into a body scrub - even added glitter to it for me since the soap bar was glittery!
Excellent customer service, product quality (no artificial detergents, surfactants, dyes, or other harsh chemicals), and the ability to adapt to customer needs will be the reason I return to this location. General Manager Marcie, I applaud you and your staff- keep doing what you are doing!
